Teamwork is our watch word, we represent the clients as a team benefiting from shared knowledge and relationships. We are all very passionate about developing an actor's career in an industry which is changing at a phenomenal rate. We strive to achieve the best work and strike the best deals for our clients and guide them towards making choices that lead to a long and successful career.
We create opportunities - working with casting directors, producers and writers to put our clients in the frame for roles across all the genres - film, TV, stage, radio and commercials. Our clients have fantastic support from the office in preparing them for auditions and giving them the best chance to get the job. Once an offer comes in we fight tirelessly to ensure that fees are commensurate with the nature of the role and our client's profile. We work with a number of agencies and managers in LA and New York to ensure that our clients have worldwide opportunities to shine in their careers.
We are members of BAFTA and the Personal managers Association (PMA) which works to uphold standards in the industry.

George Ward joined the company in July 2017 as a trainee assistant having successfully completed a degree at LIPA in Music, Theatre and Entertainment Management.
Our Founder is Stephen Hatton who set up the company in 1988 his ambition was to create an agency that really fought for actors fees and rights with a company ethos of training and enabling agents to grow and develop. His vision was to work with agents of like-mind and rep the clients together giving them all-round support and direction. Having achieved great success with clients and building a thriving agency, in Spring of 2016 Stephen decided to retire and headed off to France to start a brand new adventure.
